  9. Put on fancy body lotion or oils

  10. Give yourself a foot massage  

  11. Get a professional massage

  12. Hold your pet

  13. Hold a stuffed animal

  14. Relaxation CD

  15. Listen to music you like

  16. Guided imagery

  17. Meditiate

  18. Read inspirational books

  19. Drink tea or hot chocolate

  20. Eat a favorite food

  21. Self affirmations

  22. Spend time in a favorite place
