Look at all the wonderful movies out there just waiting to be watched! Seems these days, many of the highly coveted films are those derived from comic books. The most popular are those being delivered by superhero comic book giants like Marvel (The Avengers) and DC (Batman). What you may not know is that there are many graphic novels that have been made into movies, who's characters don't have super human strength, nor do they have the physical ability to fly. In this weeks conversation, my co-host, Internet movie critic Larry Domkowski of Must See Movie, and I, Greg Morgan, the Reel Movie Guy, will do our best to stay away from superheroes and gravitate more toward the heroes from other graphic novels that were made into movies.
Our show will be broadcast live on Blog Talk Radio and from 11:00 pm until 11:30 pm EDT, then continuing our conversation on Google Hangouts On Air from 11:30 pm-ish until 12:00 am-ish EDT...

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, Laura Daleo's desire to tell stories was sparked by a creative writing class she had in junior high school; however, Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles was her true inspiration to write a novel. Her book, Interview with the Vampire, published in 1976, has gone on to become one of the best-selling novels of all time.
After reading the chronicles of Vampire Lestat, the driving passion to write her own vampire legend tingled in her fingertips. In 1996, Laura completed and copyrighted Immortal Kiss, but it sat patiently for 14 years. It was in 2010 while packing to move that she stumbled upon it tucked away in her closet. After dusting it off and sitting down to read, she fell in love with the story all over again; though, the 14-year-old novel needed modernizing. Consequently, she began the journey of reviving Immortal Kiss.
In 2013, 3 years later, Immortal Kiss was off to the publishers and agents. In 2014, it found a home with World Castle Publishing, and 1 year later, Immortal Kiss was hot off the press and available to the public. Laura is in the process of modernizing and reviving its sequel, Bound By Blood that she completed and copyrighted May 2001.
Other completed works in the queue to modernize and revive are: The Vampire Within (2004), A City of Vampires (2007), and The Soul Collector (2010). Future projects for creation are: The Ten, The Old Ones, and Vampire Amon.
