James Carville & Mary Matalin on New Orleans; living on Paris's rue des Martyrs

    in Travel

The best way to experience a city is through the eyes of a local.   We'll travel to New Orleans and walk along Paris’s rue des Martyrs with the people who know them best.

Democratic consultant James Carville says that New Orleans is defined by its culture and way of life and that distinguishes the city from other places.  We'll talk to him to learn what he means by this.

The beheading of Saint Denis, now the patron saint of France, was one of many events that occurred on the rue des Martyrs in Paris.  Accoring to author and New York Times writer, Elaine Sciolino, the rue des Martyrs was a cultural enclave where Degas and Renoir painted, Puccini replicated in his La Boheme opera and Edith Piaf would sing for a few francs.  Yet, this charming half-mile long street that is steeped in history has been overlooked in Paris guidebooks.  We will walk along the rue des Martyrs and flip through the pages of Elaine Sciolino’s new book:  “The Only Street in Paris”.

We will cross the political aisle and state lines with Republican consultant Mary Matalin to talk about life in New Orleans and why she and her democratic consultant husband, James Carville, decided to leave the Washington beltway for the big easy.

GLMX #238: The Hope of the Christian Martyrs Can be Your Hope

    in Christianity

This past week, the world witnessed yet another horror at the hands of the terrorist group known as the Islamic State or ISIS. Twenty-one Christians from Egypt were kidnapped in Libya, taken to a beach, and then cruelly beheaded. Based on the message ISIS sent along with the beheadings, those 21 men were killed for nothing else except for the fact that they were Christians.

In the video, it has been noted that the last words of some of those killed were "Lord Jesus Christ." The brother of one of these brave martyrs thanked ISIS for not editing out the men's declaration of belief in Christ because he said this had strengthened his own faith. He added that the families of the martyrs are "congratulating one another" and not in despair: He said, "We are proud to have this number of people from our village who have become martyrs... Since the Roman era, Christians have been martyred and have learned to handle everything that comes our way. This only makes us stronger in our faith..."

It is normal for people to grow fearful and anxious over the thought or threat of death. So, how is it that 21 men, hundreds of miles from their homes and families, can go calmly to their deaths? What did they have inside of them that stabilized them during an hour of great darkness. They had a promise from God -- a promise shared by all believers in Jesus Christ -- that is found in Romans 8. It reads like this: "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us...."

Update With Kate Episode 53 Martyrs and B.A.R.tars Satyr-Eyes The Profits

    in Education

The updates will be an ongoing clarification of the legal name fraud all of humanity has been duped into being a part of and thus, serving all manner of evil and harm in this reality we call "normal". How incredibly ruthless mirrored only in its' simplicity, legal name fraud is the crux, literally, of all man's woes. It is the only thing that separates you from YOU and thus, all of creation. You can serve only one master, the master of life, truth or, the master of death, legal sorcery. The greatest trick the Devil ever played wasn't convincing you that "he" didn't exist, it was convincing YOU that you didn't exist. Legal Name PROVES you don't exist if you worship this fall-se' I.D.-doll thinking it's you or you're I.D./it.....kate

    Memoriam Vietnamese Martyrs

    in Christianity

In the Nineteenth Century, The people of Vietnam received the Gospel through the prayer and self-sacrifce of missionaries both Vietnamese and French. The Gospel brought with it not only the joy of the Holy Spirit but persecution as well in this traditionally Buddhist country.  In 1988, a year before the fall of the Berlin Wall and the impending interior collapse of Soviet Communism in Eastern Europe, ardent anti-communist and CIA asset, Pope John Paul II cannonized 142 Vietnamese and French Martyrs.  The persecution of Catholic Vietnamese by the Communists after New World Order Globalists KIssenger, Nixon, and Ford betrayed and abandoned their former allies and the entire country to the Communists in 1975 was horrible. After the murder of Catholic, non-mason John F. Kennedy only weeks after he signed an executive order ending American military involvement in Vietnam, LBJ, a co-conspirator with Cardinal  Spellman, Knight of Malta, in Kennedy's murder, voided the executive order. This was followed by The Gulf of Tonkin Incident, declassifed documents show that this was a CIA false flag to escalate the war in Vietnam. The war in Vietnam was called "Spelly's War" in that Spellman, Knight of Malta, and Military Archbishop of New York used his considerable power as the "American Pope" and a CIA agent to emesh the US in Vietnam over a decade after Spellman in cohoots with the American Illuminati murdered John F. Kennedy. The American Illuminati include the Bushes, especially GH who was present at Dealy Plaza on the day JFK was murdered coordinating a Cuban Exile CIA assassination squad and who may have fired at Kennedy himself. The American Illuminati Catholic Connection is the father of the American Neo-Conservative Movement- William F. Buckley. The Bushes, G. McBundy, Averil Harriman, Buckley, and John Kerry are all members of the order of death, skull and bones, Yale University.
