Personal Success is not so personal

We all want it, we all talk about it. The challenge is we all do not do what is necessary to get it.  See if personal success was just about you, then you could just have success, no problem. 

The reality is that Personal Success has very little to do with you. Let me explain. You make a small part of your success, I say that because for you to change, there has to be an outside force for you to want to "change into". That could be a book your reading, a person that you like, or a mentor that is mentoring you. 

Its what happens outside you, that you choose to accept, adopt and adapt to you as a person that creates your success.. listen and lets see if I can explain what I'm wanting to say.
