Karyn calls herself Super Yoga Mamma because her daily practice of kundalini yoga and meditation gives her the courage she needs to face her fears which is the key to her freedom, vitality, and prosperity. Through her own great adversity when she was unlawfully separated from her young sons for 8 months, Karyn learned and now teaches how forgiveness is the most courageous and transformational practice we can engage in.
