Mark Bailey; 56 years old and a Druid since 1982

Druid; trained and ordained since 2001 with the Bandarach College of Druidry
Completed his studies with the Bandarach College of Druidry, Ar n'Draioght Fein, New Order of Druids, and the British Druidic Order.

Studied at Methodist University; Medieval History with a specialty in Southern and Western Europe
Studied with the Order of Bards Ovates and Druids with a specialty in Celtic studies (non-traditional Hiberno-Norse and Iberian tribes)

I read and teach as much as possible here in Phoenix Arizona and for three years online I was the Scholars Guild Chief for the Ar n'Draoight Fein and the New Order of Druids.

Some might call me a Celtic Reconstructionist, but that term has connotations and assumptions I am not comfortable with.
My Father is Scots-Irish and my Mother is Mexican American.....
My faith is Animistic Tribalist Totemry; I believe everything has 'Life Energy', our Ancestors should be verbally remembered and my Deities are not Humanoid.

My classes in Phoenix run every few months days at Fantasia and include
King Arthur, St. Patrick and the Fall of Rome
Atlantis; what it was and where it might be
Santeria and Voudoun

The History of Witchcraft

The Days of the Dead

Shinto and Buddhism

The Gods of the Mayans

Honor and Ethics in the world of Beowulf

Polynesian Magic

Totems; the stories of the tribes of the Salish and others

The Battle of Clontarf; the last battle of the Viking armies in Ireland
