Customer satisfaction is worthless simply means that seeking to satisfy your customers is not the way to go.  Your brand cannot survive with just simply making sure that your customers are satisfied, you need to ensure that your customers are looking forward to coming back.  The only way to build a first class business is to have first class customer service.  The way to we build a business towards a million-dollar benchmark is to really put all your energy into your customer loyalty.
