Joseph Terrance Adams is a self-proclaimed, over protective father of two daughters and prides himself on providing the best life possible for them. His writing is influenced and inspired by a spectrum of life experiences and his relationship with his twin brother, Jeffrey. He has also been influenced by artistic greats like, Bob Marley and Dave Chappelle. Joseph started writing in high school and now runs his own performance poetry series called, "Stepping Out of the Box Poetry Showcase.” In 2013, Joseph began his artist teaching career at Plymouth Christian Youth Center. Joseph leads an ALL POSITIVE, Hip-Hop based Homeroom, where the students counterbalance the negative aspects of everyday life by writing and focusing on positive outcomes.
