Stephanie Osborn - Tech Smart Friend

Stephanie Osborn, Tech Smart Friend, will talk about how important it is to utilize the resources that are out there for women starting a business. These resources helped her launch her business and have the made the process so much easier than trying to do it all herself. The first year in business is a journey, and she has met so many wonderful people on my journey, all willing to help and wishing her success. Stephanie grew up in Boston, moved to RI in ’97. She has a BS in Finance and an MBA, both from Bentley College (now called Bentley University). Stephanie is blessed with a wonderful family that includes her son, her partner, his daughter and our two dogs. They are fortunate to live close to the beach, which is her favorite place to be no matter what the season is. In 2009, after 16 years of working in the corporate world, she managed to flee that world and start her own business, Tech Smart Friend. She has never once looked back or regretted the decision.
