FHA Mortgage Insurance is here to stay

Santa Clarita realtors present the FHA mortgage insurance is going to be here to stay after June 3rd, 2013.

This has been in the works for a while and will have you having to pay your MI until your home is refinanced or sold. 

Having 20% equity for those that have not gotten an FHA case number before June 3rd, will not be able to remove the MI from the loan.
