This "intel" will be best served coming directly from the horses mouth, who you are using as your real estate service provider when you get ready to procure real estate. Make sure they are giving you accurate intel related to what you want to do with real estate. Make sure you are interviewing multiple real estate agents before deciding on which one to use. Most will appear to be all hugs and kisses at the start, then turn bad quick. Ask around, read reviews and look to the websites for reviews that have nothing to gain from the reviews being written. They are safer.
