I am a 5 th generation  Appalachian Folk medicine Practitioner of Cherokee descent. Trained all my life in healing ways. I follow the Red Road spiritually.

I do work as a healer,seer ,medical intuitive ,shamanic folk artist

I am a homesteader prepper, frugal living guru !  Was a professional chef and grew up on a back to the land self sufficient homestead.

I homescholled my 3 children , am very much into 2nd amendment,  personal liberty ,small government.

I will be talking and sharing things from  my life as an artist,healer,homesteader,prepper and paranormal investigator!

I visit Pennsylvaniia monthly to do healing and reading events

I work primarily from  my humble homestead in Mars Hill NC

I am a mtn herbalsit making herbal healing tea, salves,balms, tonics,tinctures and gem elixirs.

I do traditional laying on of hands healing,reflexology and a form of Cherokee body work  that is a mix of shamanic  energy medicine and accupressure.

Herbals, crystal, vibrational medicine,spirit singing .

I paint shamanic trance medium /channeled spirit art .
