Being a single mom is a tough job and it seems at times as if the whole world is on your shoulders, so when your child is exhibiting behavior issues, it can be too much. Join Sage Single Mom, Ms. Jennifer Pink as she talks with Alysa Armstrong Gibbs, Tracy V. Allen and April Hicks about how to deal with behavior issues.

Tracy V. Allen has eighteen years of experience in the education field. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a Concentration in English and a Minor in Psychology. She has taught a variety of students on all educational levels. She has extensive experience working with students that have emotional and behavioral issue as a content area inclusive educator. She also has personal experience with is as well. He son was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of five.

April Hicks is a 34 year old single mom to an awesome 3 year old big boy. She is a jack of all trades; a Make-up Artist/ Licensed Esthetician, Certified Bartender, former Notary Public, Phlebotomist in training and going to school for Nursing. Originally from Los Angeles but residing in Altadena for the past 12 years. She is a lover of life, animals, novice traveler and avid learner on how to do more for the environment. Although she is passionate about many different things, her son is the number one priority. Teaching him to love himself, how to treat others, being respectful and compassionate towards humanity in general is her full-time, daily job.
