One of the signs of a Believer in Christ Jesus is that a Believer in Christ Jesus is thankful to God for you.  We are to thank God for our families and for our friend and we are to even thank God for our enemies.  We are to be thankful to God for others.

 

Paul stated this;

1Corinthians 1:4

4. I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus,
