DEBORAH EDEN TULL, founder of Mindful Living Revolution, teaches the integration of compassionate awareness into every aspect of our lives. She is a Zen meditation and mindfulness teacher, author, activist, and sustainability consultant. She spent 7 years as a Buddhist monk at a Zen Monastery and now resides in Ojai, California and teaches engaged awareness practice nationally. She also works with UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center.
