Flashback Friday in Da Recovery Room of Racsim Non~Anonymous

"Flashbacks" are involuntary memories of terrible or hurtful even scary events that have taken place. They are accompanied by the associated feelings felt during the events occurrence and typically, are unwanted memories. In the Recovery Room, we learn to direct our memories of those terrible events in a way where we are able to learn from them and chart a course of action to support safety from experiencing more terrible events or become "victimized" by other people's shit.
