Richard Urban is an Independent Candidate for Washington DC Council At-Large. Richard believes that marriage should be defined as the union of only one man and one woman and that DC voters should be able to vote on that definition; that teaching sexual abstinence and faithfulness in marriage is the right response to the HIV/AIDS crisis in Washington DC, and that property owners should be relieved of paying higher property taxes to fund wasteful programs.
