Wallis Warren will join me this afternoon. Wallis owns Triple Double Ewe Farm in Franklin county. She refers to the Homestead as a ‘fun and fiber farm’ and offers her farm for retreats and outings to individuals and groups to help develop their creative nature.  She is particularly interested in connecting people to a natural experience and has many visitors to her farm. (The nature photos shown are from Triple Double Ewe Farm.)

Wallis has a passion for the outdoors and is an avid fly fisher. She has been a volunteer at Shaw Nature Reserve for over 10 years,  is Conservation Director for Ozark Fly Fishers, a board member of Conservation Federation of Missouri and is involved in conservation issues on a state level with particular emphasis on water quality.

Recently, Governor Nixon approved her appointment to the Clean Water Commission. The seven member commission adopts regulations and policies to carry out planning, monitoring, permitting, enforcement and grant assistance activities that carry out the objectives of the Clean Water Law.

This afternoon we will continue our discussion about her role on the Clean Water Commission, Stream Team and her views on 'personal environmentalism'.

Wallis also owns an American Family insurance agency in St Louis County. If you would like to contact her, you can call her at 636-938-9001.

I have as guests people I found helpful or that I think you may find helpful and interesting. I hope you enjoy!
