Pinkney to Pinkney Rev Pinkney trial start on Oct 27 at 8:30 am

The recall election was schedule to be held on May 6, 2014 but at the Mayor James Hightower (Lowtower) request the Berrien County Sheriff Department began investigating the recall petitions campaign, intimidating residents who signed the petitions .

On  April 24 Prosecutor Mike Sepic decide to charge Rev Pinkney with voter fraud five felonies and soon after the judge cancelled the recall election. In an alearming display of force SWAT TEAM was sent to pinkney home with no evidence to support their action.
