In today’s IT’S TIME FOR THE TRUTH! , Jack discusses with listeners a malady with which many business owners, executives and professionals are chronically confronted: time management. How many times a day do you say to yourself – or to others - “there’s not enough time!” How often to you find yourself swearing your head off in traffic jams? How many times do you come across to others as abrupt, not available or simply stressed out? So often, it’s because our perceptions of time, and the manner in which we use time, place us in never-ending roles as victims. The clock ticks at the same rate for everyone. As leaders, we have an obligation to use time in ways that serves us and honors us... Not in the self-destructive ways we have learned over the years. There is no badge for dying early. And all the hoopla about being a “tough, time-urgent executive” is a bunch of garbage. No one wants to work for someone who is chronically obsessed with time. Are you in battle with the clock? Get off that road to nowhere! Tune it for today’s show!
