A time of insight, reflection, and renewal for all, especially women as this is Women History Month.

This week you have an opportunity to catch special guest: Dr. Lyn Lewis - Professor of Sociology, Author (latest book: "Don't Hate the Player Learn the Game: How to Spot Ineligible Eligible Bachelors"), Therapist, Sociologist.  Dr. Lewis  will weigh in on History of Women influence on American Society (especially African American Women).  Dr. Lewis will share insights to Fannie Lou Hamer a notable she has studied extensively.  In addition, Dr. Lewis will touch upon women relationships (functional and dis-functional) with a special focus on African American relationships.  Dr. Lewis has done extensive research on the topic and will discuss building healthy relationships from adolescence through adulthood.  This educational experience will be especially helpful for students.
