The Searacher's Road Map brings to you today Rachel Suriderjot Kaur Zelaya who will share Yogi Bhajan's teachings on the power and potential of women, the sacred movement and meditation of Kundalini Yoga, as well as ceremony and time for women to gather and share deeply about their relationships and their spiritual paths; all on the magical land of a private retreat center on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. There will also be time for rest and self-nourishing time at the private beach and freshwater pool, and excursions to nearby adventures. 
This is a women's only retreat.

You can expect to come home with specific practices that will empower you to be the flowing river of Spirit that you are. Practices will be shared that can be brought into daily life upon returning home: 

yoga sets and meditations to strengthen your radiance and ways to be in relationship with the men, women and children in your life; lifestyle practices that support a woman's strength and radiance.

Yogi Bhajan left us many teachings on how to be a woman, leading our families and our society into the Aquarian Age. This series of classes will present his teachings on women, and offer kriyas and meditations that specifically support women in letting go of the past, healing their relationships with the men in their lives, and manifesting their full potential. "What is a woman? Woman is the flowing river of spirit." Come practice with the support of your sisters in the divine.
