New Years resolutions the commissioners of NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB should make

As 2015 comes to a close, many of us will make a New Years Resolution for 2016. Some will follow through and accomplish their resolution, while others will fail. Each of the four major sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL) have something that should be changed. Tonight Evan and Troy will give each of the commissioners some New Years resolutions for their leagues.
