This week we are speaking with author, blood sugar coach and certified health counselor Janet Sanders who specializes in diabetes and pre-diabetes coaching, healthy weight loss, stress management and helping clients to make lasting lifestyle changes. Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2001, Janet was determined to get her blood sugars under control and created a program focusing on diet, exercise and stress management that was based on the types of change management techniques she had used to help her corporate clients achieve their goals. In six months Janet lost over 30 pounds, dramatically improved her triglyceride levels, reduced her medication, regained her energy, and normalized her blood sugars.
