Author Celya Bowers was born and raised in a small Central Texas town. As she tells us her graduating class only had a total of 113 people. Coming from a small town her parents were super strict so she didn't get to go any parties, so she started to read. Celya cut her literary teeth on Harlequins back in the day in a time before romance novels finally became colorized. She loves writing and everything about it.
