This on-line radio show will bust the myths about aging, creativity and sexuality.  We have the following two experts featured in addition to our clinical psychologist, Suzanne Phillips, Psy.D.

Rebecca Crichton, Executive Director, Northwest Center for Creative Aging

"I think we are looking at a big shift in how we think about aging and the way we need to talk about it. I agree with Bateson that we all have a fair amount of internalized Ageism in the same way women used to have a lot of internalized Sexism when they thought about the women’s movement."

Rebecca Crichton worked for The Boeing Company for 21 years as a professional writer, coach and facilitator specializing in teaching leadership principles to managers and designing and facilitating diversity awareness presentations. Since retiring in January 2011 she pursued a variety of creative and volunteer activities that fulfilled her need for her “3C’s” – Contribution, Collaboration and Creativity.  Rebecca recently started her ‘Encore Career’ as Executive Director of the Northwest Center for Creative Aging.

Peggy Brick, MEd

Peggy Brick, MEd, a sexuality educator for over 35 years, is a consultant specializing in sexuality in mid and later life. She is the WUCOSA founder and serves as president of its Board of Directors. She has received numerous awards for her leadership in the field of human sexuality and has trained thousands of educators and health care professionals across the nation.
