So if you have ever wanted to venture that way or have been curious, now is your opportunity to hear if from a man, who's preferance is....
IF you missed it, It was a GREAT show and we plan to bring back the 'Special' Guest Deacon to continue the conversation with a twist of an older caller, Dewayne!! They will give the younger versus older man's opinion on this subject. You do not want to miss this. Really, you don't.
Iris and Priya return for another candid conversation about women entering the wisdom years of 60! Join us for another engaging conversation about things we often do not really talk about in public, at least honestly and openly. Todays episode is about "happy to be single". So many of us women are single in our midlife. In a culture that is fixated on being in relationship as the only path to fulfillment for a woman, being single can be a real challenge. The big one is being alright with being single in the face of all of the negative conditioning that we have grown up with that tells us that we are not ok if we are not together with someone aka "Married". Once we get over that big hurdle and settle into ourselves then there are the questions of how to get our social, sexual and intimacy needs met. It takes a village of the sisterhood to break through the viels that keep us isolated, alone and in despair about our being single. Let's move through it together so that we can celebrate our lives as sovereign women loving oursleves and eachother!
We will go into details on relationships between older men and younger men. We will also talk why we think older women are into younger men. What do they have in common? What's the attraction? How older is too old? How young is too young? Are these relationships motivated by money and greed? Are they genuinely in love? These are some of the questions we want answered. If you think you have the answers, feel free to call in and let us know.

What does “No Mean Girls” mean to you? I’ll bet you typically think of the OTHER person – the one who’s been or is being mean to you. Yet, in this series, I want you to think about YOURSELF as the mean girl. We cannot change other people’s behaviors; if we are to change the world, we have to change our own thoughts, habits, responses, and behaviors. And let me just say it here - I, too, struggle with my inner 'mean girl'. Tune in to hear more.

Ruth Moore Act HR 671: The bill would allow a statement by a survivor of military sexual trauma to be considered sufficient proof that an assault occurred. The House approved the bill by voice vote Monday night. Cathy Santos contacted the office of Congresswoman Pingree and shared the following comments as being the only victim of sexual assaults to fight the government and win while service with a 15-6 Pentagon Investigation.
I was concerned about the language here that appears to give sexual assault victims way too much power over their authority. These subordinates while serving, in my interpretation will be able to provide a statement - now, in my experience of 22 years, I know that their are a great deal of women who have been denied the opportunity to tell their stories and to get the remedy they deservied; however, I also believe that the national security is being compromised by the command's ability to lead without these restrictions placed on them by advocates in the civilians world.
How is it possible to lead a command in combat with thiese type who have no real training for war because of the restricitions placed on their leaders.
Sexual assault victims and sexual harassment is a complicated matter and victims die, are murdered in combat. There are no protections for these victims when in combat or other remote environments and the power to use "rape" over their superiors is not to be taken lightly.
Civilians can not protect victims of rape on active duty, it will get worst for them, and no civilian can protect those who are given the power to provide a "statement" that becomes the only evidence required when false accusations are made, and reputations and careers are ruined - this is a poorly worded legislation and the military is not moving forward as a result. I will be following up.
ENTHUSIASM and FLEXIBILITY are the keyes for older job market hopefuls.
BOOMERS are poised to live healthier and longer than their predecessors and are putting off retirement. But while the job market can be tough to crack regardless of age, older appplicants face extra challenges ranging from age discrimination to being overqualified. Some employers fear an older hire won't stay long.
Hire a Job Researcher who offers job search advice to people of all ages.
Employers are not supposed to not hire based on age, but it does happen.
