Community Infusion - a primer for generational change

The Republicans and conservatives have for years and continue to speak about outreach programs to improve their standing in urban America. They often buy into the left's nonsense that even the appointment of a person of color to nearly any post in an administration can be seen as an outreach effort. Someone asked me recently is the appointment of Dr. Ben Carson to HUD an outreach to Black Americans, I laughed! 

The days of tokens and symbolism are gone. Hands on, shirt sleeves up, is the way forward. Today we talk about wys to make those changes.
