Real Estate on Radio

Real Estate On Radio (REOR) was formed in October of 2009 with a mission to educate, inform, and facilitate individuals in the realm of real estate investing. We started with a bold plan to help rebuild neighborhoods and create wealth for ordinary people by acquiring bank-owned (REO) properties, re-habbing them to exceptional standards, and selling them as new homes to families at under-market prices.

We use the broadcast airwaves of major market radio stations in Chicago to fulfill on the education and information part of our mission. Through that medium we also invite people to join us in the rebuilding portion of our mission through a program that we call Help Me Flip It. We create a joint venture where the person, as investor, funds the project and we do everything else.
