This video is a panel hosted by Dan Rather and CBS News, discussing the possibility that politicians were missing out on 27 million votes.  These votes belong to the age group 18-24 and are mostly untapped for good reason.  However, Most of the panel including MTV production executive Becky Franks discuss polling of this youth group and younger (all the way down to elementary school age kids) because it is clearly not fare that these children are not included in the political process.  She and a few of the other political experts claim these children are harmed by the habits of their parents not voting, so something must be done to help these poor disenfranchised youth.  Jon Stewart sits patiently while they boo hoo over the youth that has somehow been harmed by not voting even though they have no interest, concern or desire to influence anything that is actually an issue in America according to their polling. Finally they let him speak.  When they wanted the influence of late night television to get on board with all this, the last thing they wanted was for Jon Stewart to disagree and say it was ridiculous.  Ah, the good old days.
