The Mind Battle

Our mind is a powerful place. It is a place where all our thoughts are engineered. And we need to know how to service our mind so that it will produce fruitful results. Though our hearts are where every thought is conceived, it is really through the mind that the thought is fully nurtured and birthed! It is critical to then pay attention,  learn habits that help trigger good thoughts. It is what we allow our minds to think about which can affect our lives.
