There's a lot more to Kosher than meets the eye. Today we talk to Rabbi Mendel Segal, the Executive Director and Rabbinic Coordinator of Vaad HaKashruth of Kansas City, an organization that helps "kasher" and certify as Kosher, everything from meal preparations to enitre kitchens. We also talk about Kosher BBQ and the Jewish Art Festival going on this weekend in Overland Park.
