Our leading Great Guest in September will be the Executive Director of United for Missouri, Mr. Carl Bearden. Mr. Bearden is a former elected county executive, served as an elected representative in the Missouri House where he was also Chairman of the House Budget Committee.
We will be discussing the initiative petition in Missouri that will repeal the Missouri income tax - it is a growth proposal for a State that lags the national average in wealth, growth and population.
