There are different types of abuse, emotional, mental, psychological, physical and sexual.  How can you help a person heal after going through this type of trauma?

We are going to speak with the Founder of  Easier and Lighter  a ministry dedicated to women who have survived sexual abuse and childhood sexual abuse.
