Carter talks his new gig at the USTA. Plus Dave Miller, Julie Miller and more!

Elkton, MD --- Post Time with Mike and Mike presented by BetAmerica, is excited to announce the line-up for Thursday morning (June 7) at 10:30 a.m. They will be joined by David Miller, the regular driver of Heaven Rocks A; Ken Weingartner, USTA Media Relations Manager; Julie Miller, regular Meadowlands trainer; and Gaitway Farms announcer and Harrah’s Philadelphia timer, Rich Mattei.

Hall of Fame driver David Miller will join this week to talk about Heaven Rocks A who recently came to the United States. In his most recent effort at Harrah’s Philadelphia, he won decisively against a very competitive field after finishing a close second in the Commodore Barry on May 27. Miller will talk about how the horse seems to be adjusting to racing in the United States.

Weingartner, USTA Media Relations Manager, attended the USTA Driving School in Goshen, N.Y., last week. He joins the program this week to discuss the sights and sounds of the school and what people enjoyed the most.

Miller, a regular trainer at The Meadowlands, will make her first appearance on Mike and Mike on Thursday. The pair will talk to her about her career in horses and discuss how the family is involved in the sport of harness racing. Miller will also discuss her freshman horses that began racing at Gaitway Farm this week.

Mattei, Gaitway Farm announcer and Harrah’s Philadelphia timer, will talk about the 2-year-olds that began racing this week and some of his impressions about them. Mattei will let the listeners know of any shining stars that he may have seen while at the facility on Monday and Tuesday.
