Kirk Anderson is the Director of Coaching Education at the United States Tennis Association. Anderson is one of nine tennis teaching professionals to be certified as a Master Professional by the USPTA and the PTR. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University.
Anderson has published dozens of articles and written seven books on tennis. His honors include the International Tennis Hall of Fame Educational Merit Award, the Person of the Year by Racquet Sports Industry, the Professional Tennis Registry Professional of the Year and the Western Michigan University Department of Human Performance and Health Education Alumni Honor Academy.

This workshop will address key themes related to youth athletes/tennis players. Jeff Greenwald, is a performance coach and author, formerly ranked No. 1 in the world in his age group as a professional tennis player. He is the author of The Best Tennis of Your Life. Jeff has worked closely with athletes, performing artists and executives for the past 20 years. He has been an adjunct faculty member and supervisor at JFKU for graduate students in the sport psychology program. He earned his B.A at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has been in private practice since 1998. Jeff has been a guest speaker for numerous sports organizations and a consultant for the United States Tennis Association.
Larry Lauer, Dr. Larry Lauer is the mental skills specialist for USTA Player Development. Larry has a Ph D in exercise and sport science, specializing in sport psychology from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. He has been a sport psychology consultant for over a decade with elite tennis players from juniors, college, and pros. Larry was an assistant coach and mental coach for Michigan State Men’s Tennis the past three years, helping the team reach the 2013 NCAA tournament.
Jim Martz is the author of Tales from the Miami Hurricanes Sideline. He is also the founder of Florida Tennis magazine, which was launched in 1992. He was a vice president of the US Tennis Writers Association and the Miami Herald’s tennis writer for eighteen years. He edited the book 50 Love: Advantage Florida, which chronicles the first fifty years of USTA Florida.

Jane Hollinger has been the girls tennis coach at Sebring High School since 1998 and has been attending FACA coaching workshops since 1999.
