The Prospect Profiler™ Interviews Cheri Ruskus

Cheri Ruskus is the CEO of Business Victories and Founder of the Victory Circles, which provides Coaching programs and Master Mind forums for Entrepreneurs. 

Cheri not only stands at the helm of her business but she is an Author, twice over, a Business Coach and someone who has walked the road of small business ownership for over 25 years now.  She is a serial entrepreneur and small business advocate who has stood in the trenches of running a small business in the good times and in the bad.

One of Cheri’s greatest joys in her business life is watching small businesses succeed.  However, she doesn’t do this with rose-colored glasses on because she knows fully well all the obstacles that can get in the way on the road to small business success. 

The roles that Cheri has played over the years include more than the running businesses including one she ran for 16 years before selling it, Business Answers.  She also established a downtown business association that has protected the interests of the small businesses in the Colorado community where she once ran her business. While no longer involved in the association that she and her co-founder established over the 20 years ago, it continues to operate and provide businesses a voice as well provide programs that have lead to an entire resurgence of new businesses in that community. 

Cheri’s most recent accomplishment is her second book, Victory One Moment at a Time, Unlocking the Power of the Master Mind.
