The late Manny Twofeathers (memorial) (Amazon page) (filmography) (Barnes & Noble) was a spiritual leader and elder. He traveled extensively throughout the United States giving lectures and workshops on Native American Spirituality. He had three published books, fiction/fantasy "Kokopelli's Dream . . . The Emergence of a Legend", his own story of his spiritual journey, "My Road to the Sundance" (endorsed by AIM Founders) and "Stone People Medicine". These books have enjoyed huge publishing success and have been translated into other languages. He has also written several scripts. The common thread with all of his writing is the Native American theme. He had appeared as an extra in several films, but most recently had a featured role in Pinata: Survival Island (2002). Manny was often called on to perform Native American ceremonies such as the Sweat Lodge. He was the leader of his own Sundance, held every summer in Northwestern Pennsylvania, USA.
