Nicholas Snow welcomes filmmaker Michelle Clay and one of the co-stars of her film Better HalfJaimie Fauth (Leo), who plays opposite Grant Landry (Tony) in the film.  Better Half is the second feature written, produced and edited by Michelle Clay. A transplant from Baltimore, Maryland, Michelle now calls Los Angeles home, where she has worked on network television, feature trailers and most recently editing the awards winning web series “the Unwritten Rules” and “The Marriage Tour”. Better Half is Michelle’s first solo effort at directing a feature.

Fauth can be seen featured in a number of television series like “24”, “NCIS” and the “Newsroom” and performed a small role in the Glenn Gaylord’s LGBT deportation drama I Do.  Grant Landry ‘s work can be seen on the web series The Cavanaughs, on the HereTV series “The Lair” and in Keith Hartman’s Super Hero satire Real Heroes.

Set in present day Washington DC, Better Half is a contemporary drama about a young gay couple’s evolution from partners to parents, and the complications that an infant can create for a stable, thriving relationship. It is the story of an idealist and a pragmatist, and how they use their love to push through their differences of what they each truly want...
