Joining Project Empowerment is Dawn Krantz-Watts from All Things Legal Investigations LLC. Dawn is an expert in the area of Sex Abuse Litigation. Her company assists litigators at every stage of a case—from the first client interview to settlement and a jury verdict. Dawn is a licensed private investigator in the State of Oregon.She is fortunate to be a native Oregonian. Dawn graduated from Rex Putnam High School, and attended both Portland Community College and Marylhurst University, majoring in psychology. Over the course of her 20 year career, Dawn has worked with lawyers mostly in support of litigation. Her experience ranges from divorce, workers’ compensation, and real estate law to commercial and personal injury trial work. Dawn has experienced working with both plaintiff and defense attorneys. For the last 12 years,she has worked for two trial lawyers who specialized in representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Dawn understands how cases are won and how they are lost, she has seen both sides. Anyone who knows Dawn would agree she has a passion for work in the area of sex abuse litigation. She has a passion for helping others. Over the years Dawn has performed the following service for attorneys: * Interviewed countless clients and witnesses. * Prepared clients for deposition, mediation and trial testimony. * Located, screened, and hired expert witnesses. * Located valuable demonstrative evidence for both mediation and trial. o Supported litigators in trial preparation, with jury selection, and at trial. Dawn was a member for many years of the Oregon Paralegal Association.
