Sloane Miller is an author and licensed psychotherapeutic social worker who coaches the food allergic community and asthmatic community as well as consults food service organizations on food allergy management.
Sloane Miller has been severely allergic to tree-nuts since age 2 and salmon since she ate her first bagel with lox. Less severe food allergies include: eggplant, some types of melons and several tropical fruits. She's had environmental allergies and allergic asthma (now in remission) since I was four years old.
