Up to Something Vision: To create global opportunity and support for individuals to live the lives they desire and deserve by aligning who they are with what they do. This happens when they turn transitions into transformation. Dottie and Rita will be joining me on PTL to talk about their book and workshops and all the successes they have experienced while helping people find something the want to be Up To! Dottie Gandy is an author, speaker, and facilitator with substantial experience as a corporate leader and successful entrepreneur. She is the author of 30 Days to a Happy Employee and the co-author with Marsha Clark of Choose! The Role Choice Plays in Shaping Women’s Lives. An avid supporter of women in business, Ms. Gandy is the co-founder of the National Assn. of Women Business Owners. and Rita Bailey has enjoyed long careers as a corporate leader, successful entrepreneur, and is the co-author of Destination Profit. Having served in several leadership roles during her 25 year career with Southwest Airlines, Rita knows what it takes to inspire people to perform from commitment, pride, and personal accountability and much more. Ms. Gandy and Rita Bailey are co-authoring a book about people around the world who are up to something in their lives – and making a difference as a result. Dottie and Rita are members of the original Up to Something Group, started in Dallas in 2002. A workshop on this topic is also offered by Dottie and Rita.
