Nicky Cullen is a writer and coach who takes an unconventional, no nonsense approach when dealing with everybody’s favorite subject: anxiety. Originally from Ireland, he moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2012 where he now resides after an 8-month stint in Bali.
Having suffered from chronic anxiety, and the associated depression for approx. 13 years and coming out the other end, he has found passion in writing and offering support (coaching) to help others successfully navigate the rough waters of anxiety so they can regain control of their life once again. His writing is authentic and raw, drawing on a wealth of experience and wisdom acquired through trial and error while exploring every possible avenue available to free himself from his own worst enemy: his mind.
