Susan Bremer O’Neill, author, speaker and coach, took an unusual and unconventional path to empowerment and self-confidence.  Graduating with high honors from high school at sixteen, then a Laser Technology program as the sole woman, she’s also been a pioneer and trail blazer her entire life.  She went from being a scientist to an exotic dancer at thirty-four.  In 2000, she founded Self Appeal.  In 2004, she produced the woman-empowering DVD, Striptease for Real Women.  For fifteen years she’s empowered women worldwide to stop people-pleasing and comparing themselves to others, eliminate perfectionism and stop obsessing about appearance, and transform their current relationship or find smart romance in a new one.

Susan’s been interviewed in San Francisco Bay Area and San Jose media, been featured on FOX news and published in Men’s Health Magazine.  She’s spoken at Universities, and a chapter of the National Organization of Women.

She recently published the story of her own journey away from addiction and lonely isolation to self-love and respect in her brutally honest memoir, From Sex Appeal 

to Self Appeal:  One Woman’s Journey to Recover Her Body, Her Sexuality Her Self.

Today Susan lives in California with her husband of eight years and their six rescue animals, four cats and two dogs.  She enjoys weeding, making soup and is active in her community helping to make her area a better place to live.
