The only one of eight children with a college education+ and one of only two with a high school education, visionary and public servant role-model Yvonne has real answers and solutions to the juvenile justice adolescent plight. With experience as a mental health/substance abuse counselor in the juvenile justice system, the state maximum risk facility, and through her own practice, Yvonne's personal experience of triumph despite verbal, physical and sexual abuse has equipped her with a vision for change, empowerment and contribution.
