Tired of all the blah, blah, blathering on about politics? Well, come take a walk on the wild side with Teya and her endless group of fascinating and eclectic friends from the 'underworld' of showbiz (the side less seen but much wondered about). Teya will introduce us to a whole new look at arts and artists, the musicians behind the music; the performers behind the performances. And hey - let's not forget about the stage managers, the roadies, the groupies, the background singers, the makeup people, and yes - the dressing room cleaners - who all have stories to tell about the 'underside' of the world of performance and art. This show is what internet radio is all about - real, uncensored, tell-it-like-it-is stories from real, uncensored, tell-it-like-it-is people. If you offend easy, then you just might want to tune in, so we can cure your easily offended sensibilities (not for the faint of heart or the youngin's)! This show has a lot to do with what Poor Souls Society is about: appreciation for the arts and the artists who create them. And the personalities behind the talents are as varied and unique as there are genres! Teya will be delving into the the worlds and minds of incredibly fascinating talents every Sunday at 8Pm. Join us here on Poor Souls Society Radio's: "Open Mic" w/ Teya King for a trip into the underworld of art. (This show is rated mature: you may want to don protective clothing.) THIS WEEK: Introducing SUGAR CYANIDE. The sweet but deadly, Sugar Cyanide is a model, performance artist and sometimes writer. Her goal is to offer up a different view on beauty and to embrace the final frontier of feminism, female sexuality. She brings a sense of class with a macabre edge to all of her artistic endeavors. Stop by and have a listen as we discuss the underworld of the Saint Louis Burlesque scene!
