This week the United States Supreme Court ruled in a 8 -1 decision that the Westboro Baptist Church has the right under our constitution to picket the funerals of U. S. Service personnel killed in action. The Supremes also found that that hateful garbage they print on their protest signs is protected under our constitution as “Free Speech.” Speech is powerful. It can stir people to action, move them to tears of both joy and sorrow, and– as it did here– inflict great pain," Chief Justice John Roberts wrote. "On the facts before us, we cannot react to that pain by punishing the speaker." What do you think? Join Jimmy and Bernie this Saturday as they discuss this very important case on Let’s Talk Justice America, at 2:00PM EDT on the Blog Talk radio Network
