Will be interviewing Ricardo August 30

Ricardo Miro Flecha, I am 61 years old. I am double retired, 11 years of blessings healthy life, from DOD and DOJ. Prior to retirement, I asked my self, what am I going to do the very first day after retirement? Oh well, here I am...I went to Walmart an both a $140.00 road bike. Last me 3 month...broke it...too much tork/power. Return it, got my money back, and page 1 or chapter 2 started. I met a wonderful couple, Jan and Peter Alden (RIP), owners of Spin City Cycle Apopka (SCCA). I got a Religh bike and the journey began. Few months after, Bianchi Sempre bike #2 came to be the new baby (2012). Ever since then, rode many events, from Tour d Cure (diabetes) 100 miles 3 times, Horrible 100 miles 6 times, and many mores events in central Florida. Now, the real story of my Triathlon life came right after during a trip to Puerto Rico, where I met this age man, 75+...upon entering the house I notice medals hanging all the way around the wall/ceiling...no kidding...so, I ask the question...how? he replied, running everywhere is a race. I was stoned. He finished saying that he started after his 50 birth...around my age at that time. So, here it comes...sign up for a half marathon in Fort De Soto series of 4...no clue, but that is me. I think I did 3-4, after that, I began running more often in Central Florida, many 5k, 10, 15, half and full. my longest run was 31.25 miles, Ultra if qualifyI
