Laura Theodore is a radio and television personality, award-winning jazz singer, actor, vegan chef, sustainable lifestyle writer, and cookbook author. She is the proud creator and host of the “Jazzy Vegetarian" show on BlogTalkRadio, and the "Jazzy Vegetarian Show" on MiND TV, and author of "Vegetarian Cooking for Every Day". The media-admired Ms. Theodore has made guest appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS, USA, Public Television, and America’s Talking Network, and has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, The New York Daily News, The New York Post, People, JazzTimes, Variety, Dallas Morning News, and Time Magazine. As a jazz singer and songwriter, she has recorded six solo CDs, including her award-winning disc, “Tonight's the Night", and has toured the country, featuring at events such as Night of 100 Stars, Fire & Ice Ball, and The American Film Awards. Presently, Ms. Theodore is slated to star in the upcoming Off-Broadway production of "Peggy!" opening in New York City in October 2010, and her television cooking series, "Jazzy Vegetarian," is to premier nationwide, on public television, in spring 2011.
