Pat Landaker, owner of SYNERGY! consulting and founder of Ruby Red Slipper Project.

Pat pursued a BA in Journalism at UCLA. She graduated from both the UCLA’s Project Management Program and CU Boulder’s ABA Bank Marketing and Management Program. She attended Coach University and is a certified professional coach specializing in business, career, empowerment and leadership. She is also a certified project manager through the PMI Institute and a certified Six Sigma (a process improvement system) through the Aveta Business Institute. Pat’s career has included positions as a PR/Marketing executive, bank officer, community relations manager, newspaper editor/writer, technical writer, project manager, TV show host, radio spokesperson and speaker.
In 1995, Pat founded The People Project, a Colorado not-for-profit organization that served disadvantaged youth. She also founded the Ruby Red Slippers Project, a 501(c)3 Nevada organization providing self-esteem training to girls 7-18 in Las Vegas.
Pat has written several books and magazine articles, written a syndicated newspaper column, and owned and published a women’s business magazine. In addition, she has served on several boards including the Community College of Aurora Foundation, Denver Metro Chamber, Aurora Chamber, Colorado Women’s Chamber, Colorado Black Chamber, and the Women’s Leadership Investment (a Denver-based think tank for women’s leadership and empowerment). She has been involved in Rotary for more than 20 years and is currently on the board of the Rotary Club of Las Vegas Summerlin. She is also a member of the Las Vegas Chamber, Women’s Chamber of Nevada and the Women’s Club of Summerlin.
Pat loves to travel, especially with her son Oliver. She loves to write, create cute things and serve her community.
